We stayed with Lucia and her family for a week, and we had an amazing trip. Despite the fact that we had a few strokes of bad luck (in Milano, the days before), Lucia made sure we could enjoy the rest of our holiday. She and her family not only provided us a lovely home at an amazing location, but also all sorts of useful information about Verbania & Lago Maggiore. Our holiday wouldn’t have been the same without Lucia, i recommend this place to everyone!

It a fantastic place, neat and clean. It is a nice space and it has basically anything. It is possible to eat in the beautiful garden. The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful.
Wonderful area for trekking and swimming. The beach is close by and the villages and towns around are very nice. I have been there with my three kids aged 8 to 15 year old and we have all been enthusiastic. We will come back! Thank you for everything.

Ideal location for visiting the Lake Maggiore! The apartment is very clean, at the ground floor in a beautiful house and it is equipped with everything you may need. Great welcome of the hosts Nice little village. We had a marvelous stay in Ghiffa and we will have good memories of it.

We were as couples with our dog for two weeks in the beautiful apartment of Lucia and Mario. From the bedroom and the living/dining room there is a direct access to the garden, which was at our own disposal and in which we regularly enjoyed the lunch. The apartment is quiet, is equipped with all necessities. Even a own washing machine is available to the guests. Lucia and Mario are very concerned about the well-being of their guests and give gladly tips if you ask for it. The house is on a hill above the lake. A beautiful forest area begins right at the edge of the village, where you can go for a nice walk. To the lake or to Intra/Verbania it is a few minutes by car. Also on foot the lake is relatively easy to reach, if one is not afraid of some altitudes and of the Italian streets conditions – many streets without extra walkways for pedestrians. We felt very comfortable and will gladly come again!

We spent a wonderful week and enjoyed very much our stay. The apartment is perfect, and is equipped with everything you might need. We can warmly suggest this apartment. The region is of course beautiful.

We were travelling with our three children. They enjoyed playing with the house pets. In the apartment there is everything you can need. The apartment is spacious and is in a central position. We will come back.

We have been there as a couple for five nights in this apartment and have been impressed by the equipment of the apartment and by the hosts’ hospitality. In the kitchen there is really everything you might need and a stay with children would be very nice. Some information about the area are provided and there is also a good selection of board games. It is not necessary to bring towels or bed linen. To Intra/Verbania it is possible to walk, even though we preferred to use the car: the road is rather steep and it is about 2-3 km.
